Revel Brewing Company was founded on a philosophy of a community coming together to enjoy life with merrymaking and passionate cheer.

I’m Manuel Florence and I’m a brewer.  I have a family that is supportive of each other and friends that are unique in every way, but all peaceful the same.  My home is Huntington Beach where my family and I actively surf, play Frisbee golf, walk the street fair and give to the Surfrider Foundation to help protect our oceans.  Everything to this point has been accomplished not alone but with the help of my family and friends, new and old.  We’ve all put in sweat and laughter with hard work to bring us where we are and where we want to be.  Together we are Revel Brewing Company.  Cheers!
